Hello Europe, here we come!

It's almost end of school year again and not for long now we are again embarking to our family holiday!

Last time we visited Europe was year 2012, this time we added a ski trip as well!

On Tuesday, we will be flying at ungodly hour of 2.45am from Brisbane International Airport to Dubai, with stopover at Singapore.

We will be flying with Emirates Airline and we qualified for Dubai connect. Whereas passengers who have a connection flight of more than 9 hours are given free accommodation, shuttle to and fro and meals.

Our plan is to spend a desert safari in Dubai. We will be picked up by a tour agent from our hotel and be driven to the desert for dune bashing and afterwards to a bedouin camp for a dinner and show.

I am very excited with this plan as this is our first time going to the desert and have dinner in a bedouin camp. At the camp, according to our tour itinerary, there will be camel rides, sandboarding for those interested, shisha or water pipes and of course dinner. While having dinner there will be a belly dancer and tanoura.

The next day will be flight to Venice, Italy and from the agenda for day is just relaxing and revisiting Doges Place and San Marco because the children wants to feed the pigeon!

to be continued...
