Another day of fun times spent on Saturday at Dreamworld, located in Coomera, Gold Coast. It is only about 40 minutes drive away from our house.

We bought an annual pass last October for half the price. We paid $247.50 for the whole family (except Ethan, under 3 is free) The promotion is only valid for Queensland residents.

Christmas lights

Looking for houses with beautiful lights decorations is a good excuse for going out at night and fun for the whole family. Some houses around the block have pretty collection of christmas decorations. But tonight, we went to the winner of best christmas lights, southside area.

The winner's house was not too far from where we live, just 2 minutes drive away. We arrived in the place around 7.30 and several cars were already parked in both sides of the street.

The double garage was converted as display room with massive collections of christmas toys and lights. The whole first level of the house was fully decorated and glowing. The backyard although restricted area was also decorated with reindeers and big Santa that looks like flying.

And the kids gets free lollies and stickers!

Children's Christmas Party at the Park

The company of K and E's Dad organised an early children's christmas party at the park. We all had a BBQ for lunch and games for kids. Later, Santa arrived with big presents for everyone.

Breakfast with Santa

Today at 8.30am K and E had breakfast at Toscani's with Santa. They received a bag of goodies and played some games such as 'santa says, best dress up, colouring and puzzles'.

Later, another picnic christmas lunch for K and E at West End's park.. This will be sponsored by their Dad's company as a treat for employee's children.

Evening Christmas Carols and Picnic at Kuraby Childcare Centre

At 6.30pm on Wednesday, 5th December, Krystina and Ethan joined their friends at school with their teachers for an evening christmas carols and to see Santa. The centre was full of kids and parents who brought their picnic blankets and picnic foods. Although the weather was not too good, it did not stop the fun and excitement for the kids. All the kids received a present from Santa and the chance to have a picture with Santa.

The event was successful. Some parents enjoyed meeting other parents and the chance to exchange christmas cards, we even receive an invitation for a BBQ party!
