Happy Birthday Daddy
Cards that Krystina made for Daddy (front)
The happy celebrant... blowing his cake.
The cake was a lemon meringue pie which was baked the night before.
The children waiting for their slice...
The party-makers...

The crocodile hunter
Step by step procedure on how to catch a crocodile.
Grab the crocodile then squeeze the neck while sitting on its back.
Make sure you're grabbing the back tightly, use your body weight to pin down the animal
Throw it up in the air and do a body slam ...
Squeeze, roll, and twist the tail ...
At the end of the game, relax and play with your other favourite toy:-)

Mother's Day
I woke up with cuddles and kisses as the children came to bed. They said "I love you Mum" and they remember to give me something - got up and gave me their presents. Ethan gave me a perfume 'Rubylips' and from Krystina which she bought from school - lollies in the bag, scented soap, necklace and bracelet, flower and she also made a card and a decorated rock that says 'my mum rocks' and her photo in a frame.
I also had the traditional breakfast in bed. I was given a fresh fruit juice (apple, pineapple and orange) followed by toasted english muffin with cheese. Their Dad prepared everything and the kids brought the breakfast in bed.. Mother's day is indeed one of my favourite day of the year:-)

20th Anniversary World Expo 88 Celebrations
World Expo 88 was a monumental event in the history of Brisbane. Now, 20 years on, it’s time to celebrate the event that captured the minds and hearts of locals and visitors alike. Fireworks, movie marathons, roving entertainment and live music – it’s all happening at Expo’s 20th anniversary celebrations at South Bank.
Joined with other friends, we all meet up at Street Beach for picnic and for kids to swim. Then later on at night after farewell with others, we stayed to watch the grand fireworks at 7pm. After the fireworks, Ethan asked for pizza for dinner and fish and chips for Krystina. So we had to stop at food stalls and bought the foods for kids and by the time we get into the car it was past 8pm and I was shocked of how much we have to pay for car park fee... $36!! That's only for around 5 hours of parking, next time we'll just take the train, save money and helping the environment:-)
Food, glorious food...
testing the water...
wet and splashing...
cuddles to keep Ethan warm, from beautiful Irisha..
Special thanks to J family for providing all the picnic foods, love it.
*video clippings of the fireworks to be uploaded soon*
