Ethan turned 6

Ethan celebrated his 6th birthday aboard the Pacific Dawn, cruising to North QLD Coast. We visited Airlie Beach, Yorkeys Knob (Cairns), Port Douglas and scening cruising of Willis Island.

A pre-ordered chocolate mud cake 3 days before his big day, was organised and ordered during the Pacific Fair event. Cost of cake $15!

It was delivered on our table after we had dinner and several waiters and other diners including the F&B supervisor joined to sing happy birthday to Ethan.

Our regular table at the Palm Court - they decorated the table with balloons. Behind Ethan is Carlo, the junior waiter.

Nissan XTrail

Our new car!!

We finally said goodbye to our 11 year old car. It just getting too expensive to maintain and a repair it. Although it still runs OK, the break just make terrible noise and everybody look because of the 'screaming' sound it makes. The interior is also getting smelly from spills and dirty seats.

I spent about $1000-00 of repair damages when it broke down on the motorway because of the leaking oil from the filter and had the pump injector replaced.

We saw a Nissan Xtrail demo at the mall and kids loved it. It is bigger and we thought of going camping and it's a perfect car for family holidays.

the breakfast tray - - breakfast in bed prepared by Krystina @ 8am

Another beautiful day for the family, they made their mother feel very special today. She had breakfast in bed, presents, lots of cuddles and kisses.

At lunch time, she was treated at the Mexican restaurant called 'Cactus Jack' and she had a very delicious Taquitos. Krystina & Ethan both had Nachos with beef and chicken and non alcoholic margarita for drink. Dad had sizzling plate of chicken and chorizos fajitas... we all enjoyed the lunch.

After lunch we watched a movie called 'Thor' and end the day with a cup of hot chocolate for mum and long black coffee for dad while children played at the kids area.
