The birthday celebration
Ethan's 3rd birthday celebration was held last saturday afternoon in Svoboda Park. The weather was perfect and we found 2 vacant tables for our ourselves. There are at least 3 groups having a party on that day, and we're lucky to get the best spot. The children enjoyed playing in the playground. The park is away from streets and has a big football area, tennis court, barbeque and toilets.   Piñata game   Pass the parcel and balloon making  Ethan only wants Bob the builder!!  Bob the Builder chocolate based cake made and designed by his Dad

Ekka 2008
This year's Ekka is more crowded than last years'. Click here to learn more about Ekka.  Agricultural market pavilion showcasing crops. Going to food village at about 6 pm to try some international food.   Ethan in his stroller being too lazy to walk with his Bob the builder scarf he bought from showbag pavilion. In the second photo, you can see the people up in the chair lift going to the other end of the show ground for rides and games.   Krystina posing infront of translink bus while waiting for dad. Guess who is that boy/man in the stroller???   Back home, taking out ekka souvenirs. Krystina bought a Barbie Island Princess show bag and Ethan got himself a Bob the builder pack.  Left the camera in the car and didn't want to bother going back to the car park because it's about 15 minutes walk with my sore foot. Just used the phone camera and was too busy to take some photos. Ethan's birthday at the centre
This are the photos from his birthday celebration at his childcare centre. Ethan shared his special day in the childcare centre with his friends. He had his Bob the Builder cake in the afternoon. He was grumpy because he just woke up but loved his cake.  Playing in the sand pit, ball hopping  (Due to schools' policy, no picture is allowed to be taken that shows other children's picture)  Sign at the door  Preparing to blow the candle with school mates and teachers.  The cake was done at the school's kitchen with his favourite character.  Blowing the candles...  Slicing the cake (face is grumpy the whole time)  He got a surprise when he got home, a present!
